Databricks is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Compute Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers who are responsible for building and maintaining the scalable and reliable infrastructure that powers our data processing platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our infrastructure meets the needs of our customers and supports our business goals.

Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining our compute infrastructure.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our infrastructure meets the needs of our customers and supports our business goals.,Develop and implement strategies for improving the scalability, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.,Mentor and develop the skills of your team members to ensure that they are able to contribute to the success of the team and the company.,Work with product and engineering teams to define and prioritize infrastructure projects.,Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that our infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the technology industry.,Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.,Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.,Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.,Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.,Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
