📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and waybills, using SAP and other logistics software.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in the right condition.
• Coordinate with drivers and third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on logistics operations, including delivery performance and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing logistics-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs for international shipments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
