📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure they meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
• Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize output and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
• Report directly to the General Manager, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in leading teams.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management systems.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality control systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
