- Conduct regular audits of retail operations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational performance.
- Train and mentor staff on operational excellence principles and compliance standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail operations and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
