Field Collector - Medan (Contract Position)

Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Collector to join our dynamic team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This is a contract-based opportunity to contribute to our financial operations while working closely with our sales and distribution teams. As a Field Collector, you'll be responsible for collecting payments from our customers, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

In this role, you'll be visiting various locations in Medan, interacting with customers, and using tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce to manage and track collections. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the brewing industry while contributing to the financial health of Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from customers on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Manage and track collections using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Visit various locations in Medan to interact with customers and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collections and outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the brewing or financial industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and resolve issues professionally.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Salesforce, or willingness to learn these tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
