📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using our high-quality espresso machine and coffee grinders.
• Assist customers with food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Stay updated on new coffee trends and menu items to continuously enhance our offerings.
• Handle cash transactions and manage our POS system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service and a welcoming atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or waiter role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines during busy periods.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of food and equipment.
