📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire procurement process for indirect categories, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior procurement professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect categories.
• Proven track record of driving cost efficiency and supplier performance.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
