📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Lead the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
