📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the claims process from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.,Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth claims handling.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance claims processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and knowledge.,Liaise with legal and risk management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims services.,Represent MSIG Insurance at industry events and conferences to build professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a similar role in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with claims management systems and processes.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
