📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory and budget to optimize profitability.,Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software for restaurant management.
