📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our open positions
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Provide feedback to candidates and communicate job offers and onboarding details
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with social media and online job boards is a plus
