🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or reservation role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with reservation systems, such as PMS (Property Management System), is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
