📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all medications are dispensed accurately and safely.
• Manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver the best possible care to patients.
• Ensure that all medications are stored and handled in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Provide patient education and counseling on the proper use of medications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the pharmacy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of pharmacy and pharmaceutical care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software and other relevant technology.
