📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they understand and can apply the material,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development or a related role,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
