Pro Prime Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability of supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Prepare and present financial reports and budgets to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
