In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's talent management strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
