📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including food service providers, retailers, and corporate clients.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the bakery and food service industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the food service or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with the bakery and food service industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
