📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational goals.,Screen and evaluate job applicants, conducting interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational goals.,Conduct background checks and reference verification for shortlisted candidates.,Provide support in the development and delivery of training programs for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job analysis, job posting, and candidate assessment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
