📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
