📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle service and repair.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and company policies.,Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any potential issues.,Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle servicing and repairs when necessary.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff on vehicle operations and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
