Stilt Studios is looking for a dedicated Sales Secretary to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative and executive support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our revenue growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-level administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting materials.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to the sales team.,Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and messages.,Support the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups.,Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
