📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in the corporate and commercial sectors.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactions.
- Conduct legal research to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal arguments in court or before regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Stay updated with legal developments and trends in the corporate and commercial law field.
- Mentor and support junior legal professionals in the team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and DocuSign.
