📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to maximize visibility.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of successful hires.,Proven experience in leading recruitment teams or managing large-scale recruitment projects.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Experience in the agriculture or related industries is a plus.
