New Silver Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.
  • Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
