📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Oversee GA functions including payroll, budgeting, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR and GA policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR and GA staff.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR and GA matters.
• Monitor and analyze HR and GA metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA functions in a manufacturing industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing a team and leading projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
