We are expanding our operations to Bali and seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction in our Canggu office.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. You will work closely with our team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS software.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing and executing HR events and activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Familiarity with HRIS software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in Bali.
