📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greeting guests and ensuring a warm welcome.
- Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Providing excellent table service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of dining areas.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
- Promoting our menu items and specials to guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette.
