📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Train and mentor new baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in specialty coffee preparation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or similar role.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to experiment with different methods.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
