PT Sawit Bumi is looking for a dedicated and responsible Deputy Security Guard to join our team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Security Officer in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in monitoring and patrolling the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company regulations.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Assist in the management of access control systems and visitor registration.,Provide a visible and professional security presence to deter potential threats.,Promote a positive and safe work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Security Guard or related role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties efficiently.,Knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Valid ID and security clearance (if required).,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
