📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting and achieving targets.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.,Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
