Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and lead a team of professionals, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures, and that they are compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Represent the company at internal and external meetings, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
